Living at Alert Level 3
Stay home to prevent COVID-19 from spreading if you are sick
- Do not go to work or school
- Do not go to visit or meet other people
If you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms
- Phone Healthline on 0800 358 5453 to ask about testing & isolating
- Stay home until your test result is negative
Keep 2 meters away from others outside the home
- If at your work place keep 1 meter away from others
For weddings and funerals
- No more than 10 people are allowed
You must wear a face mask
- on a bus, train or plane (public transport)
- at supermarkets and shops
- at work or school

- keep a diary and leave a copy at the places you visit

It's important to follow good hygiene
- including hand washing
- coughing or sneezing into your elbow
- cleaning all surfaces often
In alert level 3, you must stay at home in your bubble
- if you are not working or at school
You can add to your bubble:
- a close family member
- a legal guardian
- support to a person living alone
It is important to protect your bubble
- only allow people that are safe and healthy
If someone in your bubble gets sick
- they should isolate from the others in the bubble
- Do Not invite or allow visitors or family to enter your home.
